Pure Force Citizens App

Young Filipino information technology experts has developed new mobile phone applications, Pure Force Citizens App, which when installed will give Filipino Citizens, tourists or anyone access to 24/7 recorded answering program which would respond to their request for them to identify their emergency or concern by using iOS, Android and soon for Microsoft mobile phones with the “Pure Force Citizens App”.

“Pure Force Citizen App” is currently being used for emergencies and other related rescue operations. Later on, the same developer has also created another mobile application named “FARMHELP” which is intended for farmers and other issues or queries concerning different bureaus, corporation and agencies under the Department of Agriculture.

“Pure Force Citizens App” is designed in relation to the mandate of President Rodrigo Duterte to be used for Nationwide 911 Emergency Response System for easier reporting of Crimes, Medical or Trauma, Fire and all other kinds of day to day emergencies.

Dispatchers who are also Registered Nurses, Emergency Medical Technicians, medically inclined professionals and other trained personnels will then respond to their request for help or assistance by giving them a call and asking other information needed to be relayed to the nearest responders or rescuers stationed on the field.

The key to the success of the program is an automatic geo-tagging which will immediately pinpoint the exact location of the citizen sending the message.

By pressing the “911 Emergency” (green) bar, this will send a notification to the Command Center, and in a few seconds, the dispatcher will call the citizen immediately to gather information about the emergency or assistance needed by the citizen.

By pressing and holding the Police Button for more than 5 seconds, the icon will blink red and blue to signify that the TRACKING feature has been activated and the Command Center will be able to track your route while moving. This feature is used for emergencies like car chases, kidnappings and the like.

Aside from these basic emergency features, by pressing the “black arrow” button, there are also the following options:

“8888 PRESIDENT” – This button directs all complains to the President of the Philippines by text message.

“2286 PNP CHIEF” – This button directs all concerns to the Chief of Philippine National Police by text message.

“86505 PURE FORCE” – Spare and alternate nationwide emergency number.

“CITY CONCERNS” – This button directs all concerns and complains that occur within a city concerned by text message.

“OFW” – This button directs all the complains and concerns of the OFW, functions on a WORLDWIDE basis.

“OTHER CONCERNS” – Any concern that is not on the list can be sent thru this button like: fallen tree, public disturbance, potholes, broken stoplight, busted streetlights.

“OTHER GOVT AGENCIES”

“AIRPORT” – This button directs all complains and concerns to Airport Authorities.

“BIR” – This button directs all complains and concerns to the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

“BOC” – This button directs all complains and concerns to the Bureau of Customs

“DENR” – This button directs all complains and concerns to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

“DILG” – This button directs all complains and concerns to the Department of the Interior and Local Government.

“DPWH” – This button directs all complains and concerns to the Department of Public Works and Highways.

“DOLE” – This button directs all complains and concerns to the Department of Labor and Employment.

“IACT” – This button directs all complains and concerns to the Inter-Agency for Council Traffic.

“DRUNK DRIVER” – Reports on driving under the influence of alcohol

“TOWING SERVICE” – For towing concerns which is categorized as:

“ACCIDENT VEHICLE”

“ILLEGALLY PARKED”

“STALLED VEHICLE”

“TRAFFIC ENFORCER” – Request or complains with regards to traffic enforcers.

“NDRRMC/LDDRRMO” – This button directs all complains and concerns to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council or Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council.

“NBI” – This button directs all complains and concerns to the National Bureau of Investigation.

“MMDA” – This button directs all complains and concerns to the Metro Manila Development Authority.

“FLOOD”

“RESCUE”

“SEXUAL HARASSMENT” – This button directs all complains and concerns on sexual harassment of any form.

“TOURIST CONCERNS” – This button directs all complains and concerns to the Department of Tourism and other agencies that will cater to tourist concerns.
